Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using SignalPRD ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Service.

Use License

Permission is granted to use SignalPRD for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the following restrictions:

• You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• You may not use the Service to violate any laws or regulations
• You may not attempt to circumvent rate limiting or security measures
• You may not use the Service to harm, abuse, or harass others
• You may not scrape, crawl, or automate access to the Service without permission

Service Description

SignalPRD provides AI-powered analysis of app store reviews to generate Product Requirements Documents (PRDs). The Service:

• Fetches publicly available app store reviews
• Analyzes reviews using AI to identify themes
• Scores themes using the RICE framework
• Generates structured PRD documents

Rate Limiting

To ensure fair usage and protect our infrastructure, we implement rate limiting:

• Review fetching: 5 requests per minute
• Analysis: 10 requests per minute
• PRD generation: 15 requests per minute

Exceeding these limits will result in temporary denial of service (HTTP 429 responses). Contact us if you need higher limits for legitimate use cases.

API Keys and Third-Party Services

Our Service relies on third-party APIs including:

• SerpAPI - For fetching app store reviews
• OpenAI - For AI-powered analysis and PRD generation

You acknowledge that our Service's availability and functionality depends on these third-party services. We are not responsible for any interruptions or limitations caused by these services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

SignalPRD is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy of AI-generated analysis or PRDs
• Availability or uptime of the Service
• Completeness or reliability of data
• Fitness for a particular purpose

AI-Generated Content Notice: All themes, insights, and PRDs are generated by AI and should be reviewed by qualified professionals before making business decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of AI-generated content.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SignalPRD, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Business losses or opportunity costs
• Data loss or corruption
• Decisions made based on AI-generated content

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SignalPRD and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of any PRDs or analyses generated through the Service. We do not claim ownership of outputs generated from your inputs.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Circumvent any security or access controls
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Violate the terms of service of App Store or Play Store

Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate analysis, we cannot guarantee:

• That all app store reviews will be fetched
• The accuracy of AI-generated insights
• The completeness of theme identification
• The correctness of RICE scores or recommendations

Always verify AI-generated content and conduct your own research before making product decisions.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Abusive or excessive use of the Service
• Fraudulent or illegal activity

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
