We automatically redact Personally Identifiable Information (PII) from app reviews before processing, including:

• Email addresses
• Phone numbers
• URLs
• Credit card numbers
• Social Security Numbers

Data Retention

We implement caching to improve performance and reduce costs:

• Review data is cached for up to 1 hour
• Analysis results are cached for up to 1 hour
• Cache is cleared automatically after the TTL expires
• We do not permanently store analyzed reviews or generated PRDs

Security

We implement industry-standard security measures:

• HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
• Rate limiting to prevent abuse
• Input sanitization to prevent injection attacks
• PII redaction for user privacy
